Here's a little fun fact which you may not know:
The reason Frizz's eyes were that shade of blue is because in the first season he wore glasses (you can tell because he takes them off to clean them in The Shrinking Stone). When he was redesigned, the glasses disappeared, but their tint remained - which is a pity, because I liked it when he wore glasses.
